Terms and Conditions

Any payment to us is acknowledgement of our terms and conditions.

Custom Orders

All custom orders require a 50% deposit to secure your order which allows for materials to be sourced. Your order will not be started until your deposit has been paid. Upon completion of your product/s the full remaining balance is required to be paid within a reasonable time frame. Failure to pay your remaining balance within a reasonable time frame will result in your product/s being on sold (unless contact has been made to us, by you).
We have a 10 day cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel your custom order we must be notified within 10 days of your invoice being received. After the 10 day cancellation period has ended any monies paid to us are non refundable unless otherwise stated by us. Once all monies are paid your product/s will be posted within 3 days of completion. See Postage for more information.
All custom orders will be made to our high standard and we will endeavour to produce the product/s to the specifications set out by you. If you have a change of mind about the product/s detail you must advise us immediately. Any extreme changes affecting the materials required, may incur additional fees which will be presented to you.

Product Photography

Our products may be photographed prior to shipment or delivery and used for promotional purposes by us; if you do not wish for your custom product to be photographed please advise us prior to completion. Please tag us in your photos on social media, we would love to see our products in their new homes.

Shipping (costs can be found under Postage)

Once all monies are paid your custom product/s will be posted within 3 days of completion. All online pre-made orders will be posted within 48 hours of order being placed and paid for. Express post add on orders will be sent within 48 hours of orders being placed and paid for. Pick up is available upon request however prior arrangement with us must be made. Orders will be sent via tracked postage unless otherwise specified and tracking numbers will be provided to you. We are not responsible or liable for products if lost or damaged through postal services.

Return Policy

All purchases are final and we do not offer returns due to change of mind however if a product is faulty or damaged through the manufacturing process please contact us at happinessishandmadeau@outlook.com to discuss. Any return postage charges may be at the customer's expense.

Exchange Policy

All purchases are final and we do not offer exchanges due to incorrect sizing or errors in purchasing. If you are not satisfied with your products please contact us at happinessishandmadeau@outlook.com to discuss. Please read the product descriptions and sizing charts carefully prior to purchasing.
